Production Team Leader

Our client is an established organisation specialising in supplying products and services to clients world wide. Due to continued growth at their site, they are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join their organisation. Reporting to the Production Manager, responsibilities will include: Managing operating staff to meet agreed Production schedules. Determining priorities in respect of breakdown maintenance and other site services Providing initial response to process problems to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner, seeking expert technical advice as appropriate. Monitoring of process and plant modifications to provide feedback on improvements to efficiency, product quality and safety/environmental performance. Assisting in reviews of plant capacity and assessment of production facilities for new product manufacture. Responsibility for process documentation compliance, will ensure day shift completes documents correctly, including process instructions and Process Deviations. Will review PI's and seek any corrective action from the person responsible.
